What are Usernames used for?
Your username is:

Your web site address (yourfans.com/username)

Your Email address (username @ yourfans.com)

Your forum username
The primary purpose of the username is to identify and distinguish users.
Choosing a Username
Your best option is to use one of the following:

Your Internet name or screen name
(For example, the name you use for IM, Chat, IRC, AOL,
Yahoo, Hotmail, or such.)

Your web site subject matter
(For example, if your web site is about "Justin Timberlake,"
you could try "justin.")

Your nick name

Your real first name (We suggest that you do not use
your last name)
Make your username easy-to-remember for both you and the people you tell.

(using a-z, 0-9, hyphen (-) and no other
symbols.)

No special characters or symbols are allowed in usernames.

Profanity, vulgar, curse words, swearwords.

Any username that is considered by YourFans.com to be controversial.

Any username not approved by YourFans.com.

Other Usernames Terms

Any username containing the name of a celebrity, music group, singer, actor,
actress, etc. must use and maintain such fan web site for that use.

Verified celebrities will be kept on file at an undisclosed physical location.

If you are found to be using a username to pretent to be a celebrity, your
username and account may be terminated.
